This intensive, three‑day course is designed for primary healthcare providers who provide service to infants, children and adolescents. At the conclusion of this course, providers will be able to apply recent clinical, basic science, and epidemiological research to problems encountered in the ambulatory setting. Subject matter will be presented to the entire group in didactic lectures, panel discussions, and brief management problems, followed by question and answer periods. During some sessions, the course breaks into small discussion workshops and clinical seminars to explore areas of particular interest. Pediatricians, family medicine physicians, nurse practitioners, and subspecialists who wish to share a concentrated exposure to the current knowledge and art of primary care pediatrics are invited to participate in this program.
